Your Career

Do you have extensive experience in transforming learning through innovative and impactful educational content? As an E-Learning Curriculum Designer with a specialization in Instructional Design at Palo Alto Networks, you'll join a seasoned team of Technical Content Developers at the forefront of creating engaging and impactful training programs. Your role will encompass all stages of curriculum development, from identifying training needs to creating effective content, significantly contributing to our employees' growth and our company’s success.

Your Impact

  • Strategically design and develop comprehensive technical training materials for a worldwide audience, blending instructor-led sessions with interactive digital courses

  • Employ advanced design principles to create dynamic learning experiences with engaging visuals and animations

  • Collaborate with technical experts to uphold the high standards of training quality we’re known for at Palo Alto Networks

  • Design assessments that evaluate the effectiveness of training and foster knowledge retention and skills application

  • Innovate by using interactive multimedia elements that make learning engaging and practical for a diverse audience

Your Experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of instructional design experience, specifically with creating sophisticated e-learning programs for enterprise-level technology environments

  • Proven ability in designing and delivering instructor-led training sessions, alongside digital learning solutions

  • Adept at simplifying complex technical concepts into learner-friendly materials that are engaging and effective

  • Designs and develops cutting edge, graphically rich, engaging learning materials using multimedia authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, and Evolve

  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale projects and collaborate effectively across diverse teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience or equivalent military experience

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be between $109,600/yr to $177,200/yr.
